Apocalypse Z0Z0: Post-Jam Balance Update

Hey! So, now that the vote is over, we have uploaded a more balanced version of our original project!

There were significant changes to easy and medium mode, the cities are now much smaller and easier to manage (with fewer citizens) and a few smaller adjustments were made. This is still a flawed version, I have to admit, however, we decided that it's better to rethink and recode this entire project right away than to keep fixing our initial attempt any further, so stay tuned!
